Initial Consultation

Plan Selection & Design
Choose from our available floor plans or work with us to customize one. We'll finalize the design, review selections for finishes and features, and lock in your specifications.
Permitting & Site Prep
We submit plans to Polk County for permitting and begin preparing your lot — clearing, grading, and laying the groundwork for a solid foundation.
Construction
Building begins. We coordinate all trades — framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, and finishes — keeping you informed at every milestone.
Inspections & Quality Review
All required inspections are completed throughout the build. Before closing, we conduct a full walkthrough with you to review every detail and address any items on your punch list.
Move-In Day
