About Us

Lakeside Homes, Inc is owned and operated by Darryl Ritter and Angela Allen. They been building residential homes since 2007. Prior to branching out on their own they provided project management and subcontractor services for Indian Lake Homes. Their main area to build is Indian Lake Estates, FL but have made peoples dreams come true all over Polk County.  Angela holds a Bachelor’s of Science in  Business Management and received her State of Florida Residential Contractors license in 2006. Darryl is the project superintendent and holds a journeyman ironworker certification with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry in various trades. 

They have a list of established, local, quality sub-contractors that they have been working with for as long as 15 years. This ensures the projects runs as smooth possible. 

In addition to being involved in over 40 custom residential homes in Indian Lake Estates they have also built homes for Polk County Neighborhood Housing and Development and received accolades for the workmanship. When you hire Lakeside Homes, you hire a team that is devoted to your house.
