Lakeside Homes, Inc is family owned business building residential homes since 2007. Prior to branching out on our own we provided project management and subcontractor services for Indian Lake Homes. Our main area to build is Indian Lake Estates, FL but have made peoples dreams come true all over Polk County.  

In addition to being involved in the build process of over 80 custom residential homes in Indian Lake Estates since 2005 we have also built homes for Polk County Neighborhood Housing and Development and received accolades for the workmanship.
