Lakeside Homes, Inc is a family-owned business building residential homes since 2007. Prior to branching out on our own, we provided project management and subcontractor services for Indian Lake Homes, giving us deep roots and unmatched experience in the community.
Our main area to build is Indian Lake Estates, FL, but we have made people's dreams come true all over Polk County. In addition to being involved in the build process of over 80 custom residential homes in Indian Lake Estates since 2005, we have also built homes for Polk County Neighborhood Housing and Development and received accolades for our workmanship.
